The open-style living room, kitchen, and dining area provide a stylish and inviting space. Enjoy entertainment with games, and immerse yourself in cinematic experiences on the 75-inch TV equipped with Netflix. Complimentary on-site parking: A designated parking spot is reserved for your use in the driveway at no additional cost. Like many homes in the neighborhood, our residence does not have air conditioning. Opening the windows provides comfortable airflow, and most guests find the mild local climate very pleasant. We share one wall with a neighbor and have a downstairs neighbor in the bedrooms area. Kindly keep sound and movement low after 9 pm to ensure a serene atmosphere. For added security, outdoor cameras are discreetly placed. Please inform us in advance if you're expecting visitors. Note that any extra guests or pets, even if not spending the night, are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest unless approved. House Rules

USE/OCCUPANCY POLICY: An extra guest fee will be applied automatically if the number of guests exceeds 4 during the reservation. Only guests who have been officially registered and approved at the time of reservation are permitted on the premises. Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted. CITY REGULATIONS: The premises are designated for use only as a private residence for guests, and no other purposes are permitted without the owners' prior written consent. Guests are required to comply with the City of Pacifica's Noise Regulations (PMC Chapter 10 of Title 5) and the Social Host Liability Ordinance (PMC Chapter 28 of Title 5). ASSIGNMENT/SUBLETTING: Guests shall not sublet any part of the premises or assign this agreement without the prior written consent of the owners. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. We kindly request that all guests minimize noise during this period, including refraining from running, jumping, or dragging luggage in the hallway and bedrooms, as we have downstairs neighbors beneath these areas who may be disturbed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Should any disturbances arise, please notify me promptly. SHOE POLICY: No outdoor shoes are allowed inside the home. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is on or after 4:00 p.m. (PST), and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (PST), unless otherwise specified. Guests will receive door access codes before check-in. Please ensure that all doors, sliders, and windows are securely locked. The hosts are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. LINENS/TOWELS: Linens and towels are provided for guests during their stay. Any removal of towels or linens from the property will result in a replacement fee deducted from the security deposit. KITCHEN USE: Dishware, utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, and appliances are provided for guests during their stay. Any broken, damaged, or removed items will incur a replacement fee deducted from the security deposit. Guests are expected to clean all kitchenware and appliances used during their stay. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. UTILITIES: The host will provide high-speed WiFi, TV, water, heat, electricity, and trash removal services. HOME: We have set up a smart Home system for your convenience. Feel free to use it for local tips, controlling the house lights, temperature, TV, and more. To turn on the TV or lights, simply say "Okay, turn on the TV/lights." LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer set available for your use, along with washing detergent provided on the countertop. NOISE: As our home is located within a neighborhood, we kindly request that you keep noise levels down, especially after 9 pm. WASTE: To comply with the garbage collection company's requirements, please flatten all boxes and bottles to save space in the bins for future guests. The blue bins for recyclables can be found next to the stairs, and the gray bins for waste can be found in the small room next to the blue bins. All waste must be placed in trash bags and disposed of in the designated garbage bins before check-out. Thank you in advance. CHECK-OUT: The check-out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m. to facilitate the cleaning team in commencing their tasks. Prior to your departure, kindly ensure all used dishes, utensils, and pots are placed in the dishwasher and set to run. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. PARKING: Guests can park either on the driveway with one designated car space or on the street for free. Please note that the owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises. TERMS OF OCCUPANCY: Guests expressly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owners, their agents, and representatives against any claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, or cost arising from guests' use of the premises and any property thereon. This includes any nuisance, waste, or harm caused directly or indirectly by guests or their visitors. Guests are solely responsible for any liability resulting from the use of alcohol or drugs on or off the premises. Violation of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. The owners reserve the right to inspect the property at any time during your stay. Furthermore, guests agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activities that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. The owners reserve the right to provide comparable accommodations in the event of a home emergency. Owners are not liable for inoperable hot tubs or failures of any equipment, systems, or appliances, as major repair problems cannot always be foreseen. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a security deposit is required, and if any damage occurs to the home, guests may be charged up to $500.
