Welcome to our charming upstairs unit, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. Access to our home is via a flight of 17 stairs. Rest assured, all beds are fitted with new foam mattresses, beddings, and pillows, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart home display, allowing you to effortlessly control appliances and lights using voice commands. The open-style living room, kitchen, and dining area provide a spacious and inviting atmosphere. In the living area, you'll find games for entertainment, as well as a large 70-inch TV with Netflix for your viewing pleasure. For added convenience and luxury, we have installed a smart bidet toilet equipped with an auto flush system. Free on-site parking: two designated parking spots are reserved for you in the carport area on the ground level, and there's no extra charge for this amenity. Like many homes in the neighborhood, our residence does not have air conditioning. Opening the windows provides comfortable airflow, and most guests find the mild local climate very pleasant. Please be mindful that we share a wall with our neighbor in the duplex. To ensure a peaceful environment, we kindly request that you keep noise levels low after 9 pm. For everyone's safety, outdoor security cameras have been installed. If you are expecting visitors during your stay, please inform us in advance. Please note that any additional guests or pets, even if they do not spend the night, are subject to a fine of $200 per day per guest unless approved. We are thrilled to have you as our guest, but we kindly ask that you carefully review and adhere to all house rules before making your reservation. Please be aware that breaking the house rules may result in a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

House Rules

USE/OCCUPANCY: No guests are allowed except the guests that are staying at the home and approved at time of reservation prior to the booking. Any extra guests or pets even if they do not spend the night are subject to a $200 per day per guest charge unless approved. CITY REGULATIONS: The premise is to be used only as a private residence for guests, and no other purpose without owners’ prior written consent. Guests need to follow City of Pacifica's Noise Regulations (PMC Chapter 10 of Title 5); and Social Host Liability Ordinance (PMC Chapter 28 of Title 5). CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is on or after 3:00 p.m. (PST). Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. (PST) unless revised above. Door access codes will be given to guests before check in. Please assure that all doors and windows are securely locked. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests in the rental home. NO SMOKING. Smoking includes but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, marijuana and other drugs, and pipes is not allowed. Guests also agree that any tenant found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy of these premises. Do not wear outdoor shoes in the house. Please use the provided shoe rack. UTILITIES: Owner will provide high speed WiFi, TV, water, heat, electricity and trash removal. LINENS/TOWELS: Linens and towels are provided for guests during occupancy. A replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit should any towels or linens be removed from the property. KITCHEN USE: Dish-ware, utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, and appliances are provided for guests during occupancy. A replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit should any items be broken, damaged, or removed from the property. All kitchenware and appliances used by guests during occupancy are to be clean at the time of check-out. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed should guests not comply. WASTE: All waste must be placed in trash bags and put them into the blue and gray garbage bins in the back of the building at the time of check-out. CHECK-OUT: The check out time is 10 am SHARP because the cleaning company starts to clean at 10 am. Please load all used dishes/utensils/pots to the dishwasher, load all used towels to the washer and run both of them upon your departure. Thanks in advance. Property Layout –A diagram of exits, fire extinguisher locations, and fire and police contact numbers can be found in the house. Parking - guests can park on the carports under the apartment with 2 car space or street for free. Owners accept NO responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents while parked on the premises. TERMS OF OCCUPANCY: GUESTS EXPRESSLY AGREE AS AN ABSOLUTE CONDITION TO OWNERS LEASING THE PREMISES TO GUESTS THAT GUESTS SHALL JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNERS, THEIR AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES AGAINST ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, LOSS OR COST WHATSOEVER ARISING AS A RESULT OF GUESTS’ USE OF THE PREMISES AND ANY PROPERTY THEREON, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY NUISANCE, WASTE OR HARM DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSED BY GUESTS OR THEIR GUESTS. In furtherance of the foregoing and not in limitation thereof, guests shall be solely responsible for any liability that may result on or off the premises from the use of alcohol or any other drug. Violation of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. Owners reserve the right to inspect the property at any time during your stay. Further, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. Owners reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations in the event of a home emergency. Owners are not liable for inoperable hot tubs or failures of any equipment, systems, or appliances, as major repair problems cannot be foreseen.

The apartment is located at a quiet and safe neighborhood. The Pacific Ocean is right in front of it. Esplanade beach access is just across the street. Shopping center, supermarket/restaurants are within one block.

Guest Access

Guests will have the access to the whole apartment except one closet in the hallway, which has been used as our storage room. Access code to the smart lock will be given before arrival.
