Our home is a 3 Bedroom and 2 bathroom SFH, which is perfect for family vacations and business trips. • Professionally sanitized with self-check in • Right in front of the beach with beach access and shops/restaurants 0.2 miles away • Fully renovated with smart home technologies • Situated on a corner lot with great privacy • Watch ocean, whales, sunset from our rooms and large deck • Fire table with high chairs in the backyard deck • 10 miles drive to SFO, 13 miles to SF piers • Free Parking

Good to know

Our house is recently renovated with new smart appliances and furnishings. It is a quiet, charming retreat. It locates at the end of the street with pretty good privacy. Our driveway has enough space to park 2 cars side by side, plus plenty of street parking. You can check-in at anytime with smart locks even if your flight arrives at midnight! There are three bedrooms in the house. Master bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and one has two twin beds. There are two single roll out mats and one air mattress for the groups over 6 people. You can cook for your group in the kitchen and enjoy the dining table in the kitchen with a unique ocean view. We also set up a fire table set on the deck for you to enjoy the natural scenes. The beautiful Esplanade Beach Overlook trail right out of our front door for jogging or walking. Restaurant and shopping center are within walking distance. ​A RV park and a small entrance used for the RV guests only (no car) is next to our backyard, which is very quiet anytime. Like many homes in the neighborhood, our residence does not have air conditioning. Opening the windows provides comfortable airflow, and most guests find the mild local climate very pleasant. We have installed outdoor security cameras. Please kindly let us know if you are expecting visitors. We are excited for you to stay here, but please read ALL house rules before booking. There will be a $500 fine for breaking house rules. Any extra guests even if they do not spend the night or pets are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest.

Permit #: 14614432 The house is one level, and there is one step up into the main house from porch. The hot tub in the back yard is not up running. Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning.

House Rules

USE/OCCUPANCY POLICY: An extra guest fee will be applied automatically if the number of guests exceeds 4 during the reservation. Only guests who have been officially registered and approved at the time of reservation are permitted on the premises. Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted. CITY REGULATIONS: The property is to be used solely as a private residence for guests, and no other purpose is allowed without the host's prior written consent. Guests must comply with the City of Pacifica's Noise Regulations (PMC Chapter 10 of Title 5) and Social Host Liability Ordinance (PMC Chapter 28 of Title 5). CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is on or after 4:00 p.m. (PST). Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (PST), unless otherwise specified. Guests will receive door access codes prior to check-in. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that all doors, sliders, and windows are securely locked. The host is not liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during the stay. FIRE TABLE: The fire table is available for guest usage. A propane tank is provided. However, the host will not be responsible for tank replacement or refill. Details regarding the usage of the fire table can be found in the house manual. ASSIGNMENT/SUBLETTING: Guests are not permitted to sublet any part of the premises or assign this agreement without the prior written consent of the owners. NO CLIMBING ON SAFEGUARD LOOKOUT CHAIR: Climbing on the Safeguard Lookout Chair in the backyard is strictly prohibited. The host will not be responsible for any damages caused by climbing the chair. NO SMOKING: Smoking, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, and other drugs, is strictly prohibited. Guests agree that any tenant found using drugs or allowing others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house and utilize the provided shoe cabinet. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. We kindly request that all guests minimize noise during this period, as it may disturb our neighbors. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. HOT TUB: The use of the hot tub is not allowed. UTILITIES: The owner provides high-speed WiFi, TV, water, heat, electricity, and trash removal. LINENS/TOWELS: Linens and towels are provided for guests during their stay. Any removal of towels or linens from the property will result in a replacement fee deducted from the security deposit. KITCHEN USE: Dishware, utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, and appliances are provided for guests during their stay. Any breakage, damage, or removal of items from the property will result in a replacement fee deducted from the security deposit. Guests are expected to clean all kitchenware and appliances used during their stay. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. WASTE: Please make sure to place all waste in the designated blue (for recycling) and gray (for trash) garbage bins located by the backyard gate. Note that unlabeled plastic bags, including white trash bags, are not permitted in the blue bin. Please use clear bags for the blue bin. If your stay includes a Monday night, kindly move any non-empty garbage bins from the backyard to the curb by the driveway. For guests staying on a Tuesday night, please bring the garbage bins back from the street to the backyard near the gate. We appreciate your cooperation! CHECK-OUT: The check-out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m. to facilitate the cleaning team in commencing their tasks. Prior to your departure, kindly ensure all used dishes, utensils, and pots are placed in the dishwasher and set to run. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. PROPERTY LAYOUT: A diagram displaying exits, fire extinguisher locations, and fire and police contact numbers can be found in the house. PARKING: Guests are permitted to park their vehicles free of charge either on the driveway, which has space for 2 cars, or on the street. However, owners/hosts assume NO responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises. TERMS OF OCCUPANCY: By leasing the premises to guests, it is expressly agreed that guests shall jointly and severally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owners, their agents, and representatives against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs whatsoever arising as a result of guests' use of the premises and any property on the premises. This includes, without limitation, any nuisance, waste, or harm caused directly or indirectly by guests or their guests. Furthermore, guests shall be solely responsible for any liability that may arise on or off the premises due to the use of alcohol or any other drug. Violation of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. Owners/hosts reserve the right to inspect the property at any time during the stay. Guests are also required to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activities that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of residents. In the event of a home emergency, owners reserve the right to provide comparable accommodations. Owners/hosts cannot be held liable for inoperable hot tubs or failures of any equipment, systems, or appliances, as major repair problems cannot always be foreseen. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests must also acknowledge that if any damage occurs to the home, they may be charged up to $500 as a security deposit.

The house is located at a quiet and safe neighborhood. The Pacific Ocean is right in front of the house. Esplanade Beach Overlook trail in front of the house leads down to the beach. Manor beach access is one block away, and Esplanade beach accesse are 10 mins walking distance. There is no beach access in front of our house. A RV park is behind our house. Shopping center, supermarket/restaurants are within 2 blocks.

Guest Access

You will be able to access the whole house and the whole yard, except the garage, which has been used as our storage. Access code to the smart lock will be given before guests' arrival.
